More than 10 years operating DWDM platforms

We feature in our services a connectivity solution that includes provisioning of a Padtec DWDM platform. This platform includes support services to serve our clients’ needs, by consolidating and interconnecting the administration and usage of their Data Centers connections through a platform that provides optimized connectivity costs, scalability and distributed growth that is fully-controlled by the client, owner or network administrator.

Level 1 Support
(Basic)

Basic setup and operational tasks, executed by the client or by our staff. Clients working at this support level must approve a training course by the DWDM equipment manufacturer. Tasks are performed on the client site.

Level 2 Support
(Intermediate)

Operational tasks that can only be executed by our staff certified by the DWDM platform manufacturer, due to their complexity. These tasks are performed remotely and on the client site.

Level 3 Support
(Advanced)

Operational tasks that can only be executed by the NOC staff of Padtec (the DWDM platform manufacturer). These tasks are performed remotely and on the client site.

Level 4 Support (Remote Expert)

Level 4 Support leverages our Remote Expert platform to connect clients with the expert our staff and the equipment manufacturer to provide faster and more efficient support. From the moment an on-site tech connects to the platform, our experts are able to see and hear in first-person-view everything the on-site tech experiences through the Augmented Reality glasses provided by us as standard equipment for this support level. The AR glasses enable on-site staff to work completely hands-free.

AR technology enables our experts to provide interactive annotations in real time and in the on-site tech’s field of view, as well as screen sharing to provide images, diagrams, and detailed instructions that allow to diagnose or even resolve issues before our staff arrives at the client site.

All support levels include 24×7 availability.
